Description of Duties:

• Designing network infrastructure solutions with an emphasis on manufacturer standards and best practices
• Remotely manage the installation of network infrastructure equipment including switches, routers, wireless, and security appliances at client sites
• Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management
• Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems
• Identifying and escalating cross selling opportunities
• Create and maintain network diagrams and other supporting documentation
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal clients
• Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of projects at once

Qualifications:

• Degree or Certification in IT-related field
• Minimum 5years of relevant experience with related network infrastructure technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, etc.
• Infra-Network candidates must have passed both the CCIE written as well as the lab. CCIE Certification is mandatory.
• Cisco CCNP or CCNA certification
• Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE) - added advantage
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2 technologies and dynamic routing protocols
• Cisco monitor experience
• Logic-M-Meraki Wireless LAN Experience
• Cisco & Meraki SD-WAN Experience
• Cisco Identity Services Engine Experience
• IT consulting experience with mid-market clients a plus
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong problem-solving skills
