Job Description:

• Position Title: IoT Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

  Experience: 4-7 years of experience in testing including 1+ years of experience in the Smart IOT/Embedded Products.

  We have a requirement of one QA resource specializing in manual testing for Flow track.

  We require an immediate joiner who can work independently and possesses strong analytical skills.

  Job Location: Noida Office

  Job Description: 

  Roles & responsibilities: 

  Can work in IC role with minimum supervision.

  Advocate for quality of product.

  Design & implement comprehensive QA strategies for Web and mobile applications to meet project requirements

  Very Strong in analytical skills and scenario thinking.

• Performing exploratory testing and come up with different use cases.

• Collaboration with various stakeholders - Product Management, Application Development, DevOps, and other Technical teams in planning and coordination is a must.

• Knowledge of manual and cloud services required.

• Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of manual and cloud services required.

  • ISTQB certification is plus

  • Experience in using various IoT protocol with MQTT, HTTPS & TCP/IP

  • Familiarity with API testing

  • 4 to 7 years of experience

  • Testing experience in the Smart Products & IoT area

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.

• Experience in APIs testing using postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured.

• Experience in all stages of Software testing including Requirement gathering, Requirement Traceability matrix and Preparation of Test plan, Test case, Test Bed setup, Test Scripts & Defect tracking by using tool like JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence etc.

• Experience in Validation& Verification of Software by conducting Smoke testing, Sanity testing, Black box testing, and System testing, Regression testing, Integration testing, Functional/Non-functional testing.

• Experience in mapping business requirements into test specification, designing test cost estimations, preparing test scope & approach.

• Experience in complete Software testing life cycle by performing end-to end call flow for test deliverable through SDLC

• Experience with SCRUM/Agile process, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), project planning, tracking, and monitoring and risk management.

• Good to have experience in designing and building robust & reliable automated test frameworks for web & mobile applications using automation tools & frameworks like Selenium with Java/C#, Appium, Test project.

• Good to have Experience in AWS Cloud environment.

• Good to have Experience in Load & Performance testing using Jmeter for large applications.

• Good hands-on source code control tools like Git/SVN etc. along with documentation tools (Confluence, Wiki
