JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for a talented and enthusiastic Associate UX Designer to join our creative team.
• As an Associate UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the user experience design process, gaining valuable skills and experience in creating compelling and user-centric digital products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Support user research efforts, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights into user needs and preferences.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes under the guidance of Senior UX Designers to visualize design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate with Visual Designers to implement visual aesthetics and brand guidelines into the user interface design.
• Participate in usability testing sessions, observing user interactions and providing input for design improvements based on feedback.
• Assist in developing information architecture and user flows to ensure intuitive navigation and user-friendly interactions.
• Learn about accessibility best practices and contribute to ensuring our products are inclusive and accessible to all users.
• Help in documenting the design process, design decisions, and guidelines for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, industry tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Designing for AI Features, User Research for AI Experiences, Wireframing Intelligent Interfaces

QUALIFICATION

• Graduation with UX tools knowledge Specialized training, certifications, and/or other special requirements: Certification in UX Preferred education: UX Design, Product Design, Human Psychology
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related degree.

EXPERIENCE

• Preferred experience 2 years  

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• A strong passion for user-centered design and creating exceptional user experiences.
• Basic knowledge of design principles, usability, and user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn and take constructive feedback.
