The Position
Position - Manager - Customer Value Creation
Your Opportunity -
You in this role will influence decisions by establishing and communicating our full product value proposition across the full value chain, from payers, to health systems, to prescribers, to patients. You are masterful storyteller - accountable to inform positioning using an insight-driven marketing strategy, deliver simple compelling customer-led content creation, and design outstanding integrated customer experiences in partnership with networked partners (e.g., Customer Engagement and Roche Business Operations). You will strategically use resources and our network to drive outcomes for today’s innovations, and fuel tomorrow’s breakthroughs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead strategic stakeholder management (C-suites and Procurements) and strategic account planning (top protect accounts and new opportunities)
Analyze business drivers/ customer needs/ functional requirements/customer pain points
Co-Create and implement One Roche customer centric engagement plan with customized offerings based on customer needs and pain points
Develop and drive umbrella branding for stakeholder wise customer specific engagements
Develop strong KOLs at each level – C suite & Procurements and Lab Directors & to drive adoption and loyalty towards Roche solutions
Partner with international KOLs on new content and engagement initiatives for target customers
Collaborate with sales to prioritize top protect and top opportunities and drive customized engagement offerings for these accounts
Leverage impactful digital platforms to maximize customer outreach
Monitor engagement impact via KPI tracking in collaboration with sales
Insight gathering via customer questionnaires, surveys etc on Roche value proposition and engagement effectiveness
Develop crisp and impactful marketing collaterals to address stakeholder specific needs and showcase Roche value proposition
Lead relevant conferences, focus groups and expert group meets with the target stakeholders to strengthen partnerships
Who You Are
MBA or Masters in Business Management
Experience in buliding & deriving customer insights
Commercial experience (e.g., market access, marketing, sales or customer insights)
