Duties will include front-end phone support, online remote support, system design and calibration, software/hardware troubleshooting and trade show as well as internal product support.This position requires broad and comprehensive experience, skills, and knowledge of the organization’s products, policies, and practices. The candidate must be able to work professionally with employees at all levels and interact effectively with external professionals, distributors, and dealers.What You Will DoProvide system design support and conduct reviews for integrators, consultants, and representatives.Offer frontline phone-based application support to integrators, consultants, and end-users.Perform system programming, tuning, and calibration as required by customers.Deliver technical training sessions to integrators, consultants, and end-users.Assist with technical setups for trade shows and corporate events.Collect and report application data, use cases, and customer requirements to support product development initiatives.Keep relevant departments (Engineering, Marketing, Product Development, Technical Services, and Quality Assurance) updated on product issues, opportunities, software bugs, and emerging customer needs.Carry out other duties as assigned.What You Need to Be SuccessfulOver 6+ years of proven experience in audio engineering, sound design, or related fields.Strong expertise in audio signal processing, acoustics, and psychoacoustics.Proficient with audio software and hardware, including digital audio workstations (DAWs) and audio interfaces.Hands-on experience in audio system design, installation, and live sound, recording, or broadcast applications.Solid understanding of industry-standard audio protocols and formats (e.g., Dante, AES67).Familiar with acoustic simulation tools such as EASE and Sound PLAN.Skilled at multitasking, meeting deadlines, and applying effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with demonstrated leadership and sound decision-making.Bonus Points if You HaveBachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.IT networking certifications such as CCNA or CCDA.AV industry certifications such as CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D.Proficiency with acoustic simulation software, including AutoCAD, EASE, EASE Address, and Ease Focus.What Makes You EligibleWillingness to travel up to 60% (domestic and/or international)Work Location : Delhi/ Mumbai/ BangaloreWhat We OfferFlexible work environment, allowing for full-time remote work globally for positions that can be performed outside a HARMAN or customer locationAccess to employee discounts on world-class Harman and Samsung products (JBL, HARMAN Kardon, AKG, etc.)Extensive training opportunities through our own HARMAN UniversityCompetitive wellness benefitsTuition reimbursement“Be Brilliant” employee recognition and rewards programAn inclusive and diverse work environment that fosters and encourages professional and personal development#LI-JS248 Candidarsi ora
