We at Danfoss Power Solutions are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Developer (m/f/d).

Location-wise, we’re flexible. While our preferred locations are Minneapolis, Neumünster, Pune, or Považská, we’re open to finding the setup that works best for you.

You’ll be part of the team shaping the future of mobile machinery. With your expertise in embedded systems, you’ll help develop the next generation of our PLUS+1 Controller platform – used in construction, agriculture, and off-highway vehicles. Your work will directly impact performance, safety, and innovation in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translating specifications and data sheets into reliable embedded software
• Capturing and managing requirements using modern tools
• Designing and implementing drivers for real-time embedded system
• Contributing to safety-critical software development
• Collaborating with international engineering teams across Danfoss

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in embedded software development using C
• Solid understanding of microcontroller architectures (e.g., Cortex-M, TriCore) and interfaces like CAN, SPI, I2C
• Practical debugging experience (e.g., JTAG, oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers) 
• A collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English

Information for Minnesota-based applicants: The salary range for this role is $85K-$95K and is eligible to participate in Danfoss’s health and welfare plans such as medical, dental, vision and 401(k).
