HEALTH SERVICES TECHNICIAN II (To fill a current vacancy and to establish an eligibility list) presso Snowline Joint Unified

APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE; A current updated resume, 2 letters of recommendation (physically signed and dated within 36 months) and a letter of intent. Education: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade. Completion of approved coursework for certification as a licensed vocational nurse or as a registered nurse. A combination of education, training and experience that produces the requisite knowledge and ability. Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable Licenses, Certificates, Special Requirements: Possession of a valid California Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse license or EMT-Paramedic license and a valid California Class C driver’s license. Skills: Passing score on the written test. It is the applicant’s responsibility to obtain a test appointment.

New hires with no prior work experience may be placed on Step 1 (Step 1=$26.77/hr.) Up to 10 years of service credit may be evaluated for comparable experience.

Vacancies are at different sites. Site hours are subject to change based on the needs of students.
