Evening Caregiver Needed – Compassionate & Reliable Support for 8–10 PM ShiftsLocation: Watertown, WIPay: $19/hourSchedule: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Daily (Pre-scheduled with alternate care provider)We’re looking for a kind, attentive, and dependable caregiver to support a vibrant, independent individual with her evening routine in a private home setting. This is a peaceful, structured 2-hour shift focused on helping her wind down with dignity, comfort, and a sense of calm. You'll work alongside an alternate caregiver to ensure consistency and smooth transitions.Your Role: Evening Care SpecialistYou’ll be helping with tasks that support a safe and relaxing end to the day. Responsibilities include:• Assisting with evening personal cares• Completing a digital bowel program• Supporting bedtime routine: changing clothes, applying creams, transitioning from leg bag to overnight catheter• Assisting with a non-invasive ventilator setup• Light housekeeping as needed: laundry, dishes, tidying up• Shower support approximately 3x per weekAbout the Individual• Independent and values autonomy in her daily life• Passionate advocate for disability and LGBTQ+ rights• Enjoys humor and connection with her care team• Appreciates caregivers who are attentive, present, and compassionateThe Ideal Fit• Experienced in personal care, especially evening routines• Warm, confident, and upbeat personality• Strong communicator with a good sense of humor• Comfortable around cats• CNA certification is a plus, but not required• Must have prior personal care experienceRequirements• Valid Driver’s License• Reliable Vehicle• Current Auto Insurance Ready to make a difference in someone’s evening?Apply today and help create a safe, respectful, and comforting end to each day — with care and maybe a few laughs along the way. 😊 * If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record.
