Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Specialist to capture, edit, and publish real-time content for the personal social media channels of Jeet Kumar, CEO of In Time Tec. This role is about being present and keenly familiar with Jeet’s lifestyle, values and commitments. You’ll accompany Jeet during meetings, events, and some travel in order to document key moments, quotes, and insights, turning them into engaging content across platforms.
The ideal candidate is an excellent story teller, proactive, adaptable, and thrives in dynamic environments. You’ll help establish a consistent online presence that reflects Jeet’s authentic voice while building audience connection and engagement.
This position averages 20 hours per week, with in-person availability required in Meridian, ID. Travel with the CEO for speaking engagements and events is expected (all travel expenses covered). The role reports to the Chief of Staff and includes a professional development allowance for training, certifications, or industry events.
Responsibilities
- Content Capture & Creation
Accompany the CEO to capture video, photos, and quotes in real time
Produce short-form video (reels, stories, clips) and photo content optimized for social platforms
Write engaging, on-brand captions and coordinate with designers for additional visuals
- Publishing & Scheduling
Manage a consistent posting cadence of minimum 5 posts per week
Post content in real time when appropriate; schedule additional content via tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- Engagement & Growth
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in Jeet’s voice and tone
Identify opportunities for collaborations, hashtags, or trends to expand reach
- Reporting & Strategy
Provide weekly or biweekly reports on engagement, growth, and performance insights
Recommend high-performing content for boosting or repurposing
- Collaboration
Participate in onboarding and training, reviewing past content and company materials
Work closely with leadership in a feedback-driven, collaborative environment
Qualifications
Required
1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, Buffer, or similar
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and tone
Ability to work independently, capture content on the fly, and edit quickly
Comfort with travel and being consistently present with the CEO
Preferred
Experience creating content from podcasts or long-form video
Understanding of analytics platforms (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.)
Passion for storytelling, leadership development, and meaningful content
