ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: East Clinic Health Services
SUPERVISOR: East Facilities Coordinator
FLSA: Non- Exempt
HOURLY RANGE: $12.00-$18.00
ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family.
CPN Health Services personnel may be assigned to provide services to patients of all ages including but not limited to Indian Children and will require a criminal history background screening.
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for housekeeping in facility, maintenance, and repair of small equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Clean selected areas of the health facility while employing/observing CPNHS infection control processes and procedures.
· Sweep, mop, vacuum, clean tables and chairs, empty trash cans, restock products in the bathrooms and break areas.
· Moving and lifting tables and chairs, and office furniture and equipment.
· Maintain exterior grounds, walks, and parking areas.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
· Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· Ability to use standard janitorial/custodial supplies and equipment.
· Ability to follow verbal and written directions and instructions.
· Must be self-motivated.
· Ability to communicate well with the staff and the public.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
· Must have a high school education or equivalent.
· Demonstrated experience in maintenance and housekeeping preferred.
· State of Oklahoma Drivers license is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Required lifting of heavy objects.
· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
· Some stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing ladders and stairs, and repetitive movement of wrists, hands and/or fingers.
· Must meet all health care immunization requirements.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
· General clinical environment with frequent exposure to chemicals, bloodborne pathogens and patient body fluids.
