Position Title: Independent Contractor, Sponsorships & Sales
Employment: Contract (11 weeks)
Range: $1,500/weekly
Location: Los Angeles, CA (on-site)

Position Overview: The Sponsorships & Sales team is looking for an Independent Contractor to support go-to market strategy, activities, and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Korea HQ, marketing, production, and music divisions.
- Effectively collaborate with multiple departments to achieve network objectives and optimize revenue through strategic and creative means.
- Maintain relationships with clients, enhance quality of client service, identify opportunities for multiple platforms and develop strategic partnerships.
- Prepare and create marketing campaigns and activation ideas to present to potential clients by partnering with various vendors and other internal teams
- Create and prepare event sponsorship proposals and decks, customized to fit the client’s marketing objectives and goals
- Prepare brand briefs on potential sponsor targets.
- Handle assignments/projects as requested/needed.
Experience & Skills:
- Bilingual in Korean / English is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of account management, live music festivals/concerts/events or directly related entertainment or media experience highly preferred
- Digital sponsorships and social media marketing experience on platforms including YouTube, Instagram and Facebook
- Analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail of projects and operational process
- Superb organization and project management
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Highly collaborative team player with effective time management skills to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
