Your Role

Buffalo, NY 14209
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday, Wednesday-Saturday
- 9:00am to 5:30pm
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Keep the building and grounds clean and well-maintained, including tasks like painting, floor cleaning, snow removal, lawn care, and basic repairs.
- Prepare vehicles for storage or customer pick-up, including washing, checking batteries and tires, and detailing interiors.
- Install and remove Jeep tops following the manufacturer's instructions.
- Handle front desk tasks such as answering phones, processing payments, and making collection calls.
- Greet and assist customers, offering helpful information about our products and services.
- Show available storage spaces, assist with rental agreements, and answer customer questions.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning on building equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Support other duties as needed to help the team and facility run smoothly.
Salary
- $20-$23.25 per hour, depending on experience
What You Bring
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills, abilities, and interests:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay focused and motivated during repetitive, task-based work
- Time management and ability to follow through on tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Education & Experience
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Prior janitorial or customer service experience
Physical Requirements
- Regularly stands, walks, runs, bends, crouches, stretches, and reaches throughout the day.
- Frequently climbs stairs, ramps, and ladders.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally, and 100 lbs rarely.
- Able to move through tight or confined spaces, including between closely parked vehicles.
- Requires good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and office technology.
- Must have adequate hearing and vision to communicate and perform job tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working in indoor environments where temperatures may range from 50°F to 85°F.
