Are you mission-minded and energized by the opportunity to make a difference? ACCESS is looking for a Skills Trainer to support adults with disabilities in building life, social, and vocational skills that lead to greater independence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coaching individuals through daily activities that promote growth and self-sufficiency
• Supporting skill development in areas such as communication, job readiness, and personal care
• Encouraging confidence and advocating for self-determination
• Collaborating with a compassionate, multidisciplinary team
• Tracking progress and celebrating every win—big or small

• Great communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Requirements

Must pass all required background checks and a drug test.

Travel Requirements

Minimal travel may be required for this position, which can include transporting students/clients. ACCESS drivers must:

• Maintain a valid driver’s license
  
• Carry current auto liability insurance and registration
  
• Have a clean driving record
  
• Demonstrate the physical ability to drive to local locations throughout Arkansas
