In compliance with US pay transparency the salary range is $69,000 - $80,000. This is the indicative range for the role should it be based in the US but note that each geography carries specific salary ranges for the role reflective of local market conditions

About this role:
The HR Generalist Advisor provides experienced, first-line HR support to employees, addressing complex HR queries, managing employee relations issues and guiding employees through HR policies and procedures. This role serves as a trusted resource within the company, offering employees knowledgeable advice and fostering a supportive workplace environment.
Accountabilities:
-Serve as a primary point of contact for employees seeking guidance on complex HR topics, workplace issues and company policies.
-Manage employee relations matters, including assisting with conflict resolution, performance discussions and sensitive workplace topics.
-Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, ensuring understanding and compliance across the organization.
-Conduct investigations and assist in the resolution of employee grievances, disciplinary actions and escalated queries.
-Collaborate with HR leaders to improve policies and practices, contributing insights from frontline interactions with employees.
-Maintain and update HR documentation and policies, ensuring they are current, accessible and aligned with regulatory and organizational standards.
-Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, culture and retention by providing feedback and implementing programmers at the team level.
- Promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace, as it aligns with our HR priorities to enhance the company’s as an employer of choice.
- Manage HR systems or tools, as Workday / SAP , that are critical for day-to-day operations
Skills and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. (1- 3 years working as an HR Generalist)
-Experience in either Workday or SuccessFactors is preferred but not required.
-Position is located in Atlanta, expectation of being in office 3 days a week.
-Comprehensive knowledge of HR Generalist processes, with full knowledge of methodologies, processes, practices, and atypical issues within human resources.
-Largely able to operate independently, though may seek guidance on atypical or complex HR Generalist conflicts or issues. Able to coach juniors on technical and operational matters in a specialism.
-Accountable for own targets and reviewing work of juniors.
-Frequently conduct detailed analysis and investigation to identify customized solutions for conflicts or problems, determine best options, or suggest improvements to existing methods.
-This role involves initiating communication with cross-functional teams to address and resolve shared issues, collaborate on processes or conflict resolution, and interpret or clarify information to enhance understanding.
