 Weâre looking for a Senior Associate, Financial Reporting to join our Finance team in Bengaluru. This role is integral to Headoutâs daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth processes that keep the organization running seamlessly. Youâll play a key role in MIS reporting, audits, reconciliations, and driving cost efficiency while continuously improving financial workflows.
This role is based in Bengaluru, so weâre seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating.

- Reporting: Take ownership of internal MIS reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of key financial data.
- Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities, track performance trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Closures and Settlements: Assist with accruals, reconciliations, and partner account settlements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Controls and Audits: Draft and implement processes that strengthen reporting controls, collaborate with external auditors, and provide documentation and explanations during audits.
- Coordination and Improvements: Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment queries, while driving process improvements and automation opportunities.
đWhat skills & experience do you need?
âš Youâre Qualified: A Chartered Accountant with 0â2 years of relevant experience.
âš Youâre Tech-Savvy: Skilled in Tally or other accounting ERPs, Tableau, and open to adopting new AI-driven tools.
âš Youâre Analytical: Strong Excel skills that allow you to turn numbers into clarity and actionable insights.
âš Youâre Adaptable: Thriving in dynamic environments comes naturally, and youâre eager to learn and grow.
âBonus
- Articleship experience with Big Four firms or a high-growth startup is a major added advantage.
