Your role at Kittl
As the Senior Product Manager for Activation team, you will own one of the most critical phases of our growth journey: guiding new users from sign-up to their first wow moment.
Your mission is to make onboarding seamless, intuitive, and inspiring, so that every new user quickly understands Kittl’s unique value and takes their first key action (export, share, or collaboration).
What you’ll do
Own activation strategy: Develop and own the end-to-end activation strategy and roadmap, focusing on delivering "wow-moments" that hook new users in their first session
Collaborate and experiment: Partner closely with Design, Engineering, and Data to identify opportunities, develop initiatives, and run data-driven experiments to improve funnel performance
Define and analyze metrics: Establish, track, and analyze key activation metrics, translating insights from data and user research into clear roadmap priorities and product decisions
Communicate for impact: Clearly communicate your vision, strategy, and results to stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and build momentum for your initiatives
What you’ll need
Experienced product leader: 4+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping impactful, user-facing products, ideally in a Growth-focused role or an entrepreneurial background
Data-driven & analytical: Strong analytical skills with experience deep-diving into funnel metrics, identifying opportunities, and running A/B tests to drive measurable success
Strong product sense: Ability to apply design thinking, identify the real user problem, and build the right solution that drives both user value and business growth
Strategic execution: A balance of strategic thinking with a strong bias for action, allowing you to move quickly and decisively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive ownership: A hands-on, accountable owner with a customer-first mindset who proactively translates user needs into product improvements
Inspirational communicator: Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire teams, influence roadmaps, and clearly present outcomes to stakeholders
