POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversee clinical quality, risk management, and outcome measurement for the CrisisCare Center.

· Provide clinical direction and ensure integrity of clinical services.

· Supervise Clinical Supervisors and support staff development.

· Promote evidence-based practices and ensure staff are trained in best practices for populations served.

· Analyze clinical and operational data to inform ongoing improvement strategies.

· Foster a culture of continuous learning, excellence, and superior customer service.

· Monitor clinical performance to ensure fidelity to standards, protocols, and ethics.

· Research and disseminate tools and models of care for continual quality improvement.

· Ensure staff receive regular, effective supervision and opportunities for professional growth.

· Develop and implement recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.

· Collaborate with program leadership to optimize program effectiveness and address service barriers.

· Lead performance quality improvement initiatives and monitor client outcomes.

· Ensure compliance with accreditation, certification, and contract standards.

· Maintain a positive work culture and encourage staff engagement and recognition.

· Represent the agency in community activities as needed.

· Ensure supervisees meet productivity and documentation requirements.

· Identify areas for improvement and implement plans to support client outcomes and satisfaction.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

EDUCATION:

· A Master’s Degree in social Work or its equivalent from an accredited school

 

EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience

· Proven experience and competencies in crisis intervention.

· Expertise in both child and adult mental health a plus

SAFETY SENSITIVE JOB CLASSIFICATION:

This job is classified as a “safety-sensitive” position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.  Due to the “safety-sensitive” classification, an employee in this position would be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing.  Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening.  Possession of a medical marijuana license will not excuse you from the testing process or the consequences of testing positive for marijuana per the Family & Children’s Services Drug Free Workplace Policy, including possible revocation of a job offer or dismissal from employment.
