Senior Specialist, Gateway presso RIM logistics, ltd.

Position Purpose

The Senior Specialist, Gateway role is responsible for providing centralized customer service support to RIM USA branch offices, customers and RIM’s global agent network. This position is responsible for managing back-to-back shipments, consolidations, customer service, and associated accounting functions for export and/or import air and ocean shipments. The management of these shipments is to be done at high level when it comes to data quality, compliance and customer care. This position is also expected to help provide support to other team members within the gateway when needed, or requested.
