RECEPTIONIST

  • Provides receptionist support to our corporate office.
  • Greet and direct visitors.
  • Answers multiline system, transfer a caller to an employee’s mailbox when the employee is unavailable.
  • Will take and retrieve messages for various personnel.
  • Provide callers with information, such as company address, directions, fax numbers, website, and other related information.
  • Receive, sort and forward incoming mail as well as maintain and route any company publications for example (updates organizational chart, phone directory, etc.)
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) for different departments.
  • May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement Department with high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments at specific times.
  • Ability to solve problems and the ability to work within the company to offer support and solutions to our clients.
  • An entrepreneur, with excellent time management and organization.
  • Proficient in all MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Ability to work and resolve issues independently.
  • Ability to work at all levels within an organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and delivery of requirements on specific dates

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in administrative support preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail, with significant analytical and organizational skills.
