- Current Designation - Manager/DM.
- 12yrs experience - Mandatory- ASC - Hospital & Provider.
- Work from office.
- Qualification - Graduation.
- Metrics Experience.
- • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AR executives, team leads, and quality analysts
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, collections, and follow-up on outstanding receivables across all clients.
- Oversee workload distribution, monitor daily work queues, and ensure adherence to SLAs and month-end timelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to maintain productivity and accuracy.
