About the role
E4A Solutions is seeking a dedicated Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of our solutions at client sites. This position requires a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), as operating commercial vehicles to transport equipment and personnel will be a regular part of the job. The role is hands-on, client-facing, and critical to delivering the high-quality service E4A Solutions is known for.
Essential Functions
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot E4A Solutions’ systems and products at client locations.
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment, including those requiring a Class A CDL.
- Transport tools, heavy equipment, and personnel to job sites as needed.
- Document service activities, repairs, and installations accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to clients on-site.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate field issues and recommend improvements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and field repair practices.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to operate and maneuver Class A commercial vehicles in varied environments.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Physical ability to lift and transport heavy equipment as required.
Education and Experience
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record (required).
- Prior experience as a field technician, maintenance technician, or in a similar technical role (preferred).
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Experience traveling for field service work is a plus.
