Where You Will Work:
Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.
AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support the team.
Job Description:About the Role
The Transition Support Specialist plays a key role in helping bring newly acquired or developed communities into our company. This position supports the Transition Team by managing requests for files and information, organizing documentation, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that follow-up tasks are completed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing high volumes of information and interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Document & Data Management: Collect, track, and organize large volumes of documents (hundreds per community transition), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange meetings, calls, and touchpoints with various teammates/departments each week; manage calendars and meeting logistics.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take accurate notes, distribute meeting summaries, and ensure follow-up items are clearly documented.
- Task Tracking: Maintain and update project checklists and trackers to ensure all transition milestones are met on time.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, providing timely updates and follow-through on requests.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes during transitions.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive documents and information with discretion.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years in an administrative, project coordination, or support role (experience in real estate, property management, or large-scale transitions a plus but not required).
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills; able to work patiently and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Technology: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to take clear notes and follow through on action items.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:
- Expected hourly rate between $35 - $40/hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
- This is a temporary role, with the potential for future full time placement.
