As a Loyalty Operations Associate, you will help drive the day-to-day operations behind loyalty gifting and experiences for the Fanatics ONE team. You’ll focus on fulfillment execution, vendor coordination, data tracking, and quality assurance, ensuring high-value loyalty members receive exceptional service at every turn.

Reporting into and working closely with the Sr. Manager of Loyalty Experiences, this role is perfect for a task master who loves systems and building processes that scale, with a very strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Sr. Manager of Loyalty Experiences in developing the loyalty promotional gifting strategy tied to sweepstakes, free-to-play games, big wins, and social media moments
  • Independently manage the operations of the personalized memorabilia program for Fanatics ONE, creating a plan to ensure scalability and strength of offering in order to deliver industry-leading gifts for top customers
  • Facilitate the day-to-day operations of personalized memorabilia and promotional gifting fulfillment, including gift ideation and presentation to leadership, brand and legal approvals, creative requests, printing, packaging, inventory tracking, shipments, list management, and vendor communication
  • Manage the Fanatics ONE gifting campaigns Airtable and master portfolio
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to collect and organize customer preference data, using insights to shape targeted gifting moments.
  • Work with partners in Fanatics Commerce Brand Marketing to execute bulk fulfillment projects, including premium kitting and dropship coordination
  • Track and monitor spend against the Fanatics ONE gifting budget, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and cost-effective execution
  • Report on gifting campaigns, including fulfillment KPIs, delivery timelines, budget adherence, and customer sentiment, and contribute recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Partner with the analytics team to create reporting dashboards as needed; Assist the Sr. Manager, Loyalty Experiences in gathering data and analyzing reports to support campaign recaps and ROI strategies
  • Coordinate logistics and manage communications for large and small scale events, as needed, including talent management and high-touch hospitality

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, customer experience, gifting, or fulfillment operations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage logistics across multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable using tools like Excel/Sheets, Airtable, or fulfillment trackers
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • A team player who is excited to build premium fan experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly when challenges arise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Passion for sports, fandom, and delivering delight is a must

 

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
