We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director, BCBA to join Applebury Behavior Associates. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of clinical management in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

In this role, you will promote a high-quality client care environment while managing the clinical team. You will oversee clients’ therapeutic needs, supervise caseloads, monitor therapist and BCBAs performance, and track program progress. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between families and the center.

This position requires on-site work, and candidate must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of BCBAs, BTs, and clinic support staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective behavioral intervention strategies, individualized treatment plans, and behavior support plans tailored to clients' needs.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans and ensure consistency in client care.
  • Stay current with the latest research, best practices, and industry standards in ABA and integrate them into clinical practice.
  • Offer continuous training, support, and professional development to the clinical team to ensure high levels of competence and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA along with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Other related duties as required.

Education & Experience

  • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts.
  • Master’s degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech and Language Pathology, or another related field.
  • Clinical expertise in appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
  • Experience working with children ages 0-21 providing one-to-one in-home or center-based ABA treatment services; experience implementing the principles, methods, and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Proficient in the effective use of ABA softwares and administrative systems for data tracking, clinical documentation, scheduling, and other relevant applications as needed.
  • Safety Care trained, CPR trained, First Aid trained.
