Luxe Brands is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team and provide support in both primary marketing tasks and administrative functions. This is a hybrid position located in Columbus, OH, with regular on-site work at our company locations.

  

Luxe Brands is a premier bridal retail company encompassing three distinct brands: La Jeune Mariee Bridal Collection, Luxe Redux Bridal, and Ohio Bridal Outlet. With our flagship boutiques based in Columbus, OH, we operate 9 brick-and-mortar locations across the Midwest and 1 in Texas, in addition to maintaining a robust online presence.

Let’s talk #workperks! While bridal retail is a unique niche, we’ve got hours that stand out from traditional retail—no early mornings or late nights here! And the best part? We’re CLOSED on major holidays, while big-box stores are hustling to make extra revenue. A heads-up for our marketing team: some weekend hours may be required to support campaigns and events, so flexibility is part of the role.

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with content creation and social media engagement
  • Create graphic designs for digital and print use
  • Conduct marketing research and social listening for trends
  • Travel to support and attend events
  • Support marketing team in organizing various projects
  • Update spreadsheets and databases
  • Assist with technology troubleshooting

 

Annual Salary: Starting at $45,000

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • At least 6 months of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • Experience with relevant marketing tools and applications, including Canva (and/or other design tools), Planoly (and/or other content planning tools), Google Drive, Microsoft Office and Apple products
  • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds (e.g., mannequins, boxes, and gowns).
  • Must be located in or near our flagship city of Columbus, Ohio.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between stores as required.

  

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of Google Drive.
  • Experience with Apple products and macOS systems.
