💰 Hourly Rate: $38.09 – $39.34 (WT 5A.1 to 5.4)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Service Manager (2IC) to support the leadership team at Busy Bees at Pimpama. In this role, you will:

• Assist the Service Manager in leading and mentoring educators across the service
• Step into the Service Manager role when required to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support in staff management, rostering, enrolments, and compliance tasks
• Build strong partnerships with families, children, and the local community
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees policies
• Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes for children

What You’ll Need

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
• Previous leadership experience in early childhood (e.g., Room Leader, 2IC, Educational Leader)
• Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Organisational and operational management skills
• Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid & CPR
