Who We Are
Eliada, one of Asheville’s longest-running nonprofits, has been helping children and young adults succeed since 1903. On our 300+ acre campus, we serve over 600 youth each year through a cradle-to-career continuum that includes foster care, residential treatment, housing support, vocational training, and early childhood education. Every role at Eliada—whether in direct care, counseling, education, or support services—makes a lasting difference.
What You'll be Doing
As a Residential Therapist, you will provide clinical supervision to staff, oversee the delivery of treatment services, and offer therapy services to our students.
Key Responsibilities:

Integrate evidence-based practices and interventions into the care model. Collaborate with the Cottage Supervisor to ensure clinically appropriate services are provided to eligible students.
- Therapy Services: Conduct assessments and provide individual, family, and group therapy for students. Compile information into Comprehensive Clinical Assessments with recommendations.
- Team Meetings: Facilitate and/or participate in Child and Family Team Meetings and clinical staff meetings.
- On-Call Services: Provide clinical on-call services as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Training: Deliver in-service clinical training for Eliada staff as scheduled.
- Cultural Competence: Demonstrate competence and responsiveness to cultural differences within the student and staff population.

Join us in making a difference in the lives of children and their families!
