What We're Looking For

The person who is ready for this opportunity will have the following:

Requirements

• College Degree preferred
• Minimum of four years' experience in managing multi-family housing, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity  
• Detailed compliance knowledge of affordable housing programs including LIHTC, HUD, RD 515 and HOME
• Ability to travel
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week), exempt position. Pay range is $80,000 - $95,000 annually.

Work Location 

This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Southern region, including those south of Saco, ME and into New Hampshire.
