Position Summary

The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within the collision segment of the U.S. market. This position plays a key role in helping collision repair facilities, estimators, and repair planners create faster, more accurate, and highly profitable estimates and repair plans using Opus IVS software solutions and the Opus IVS BluePrint CoPilot platform. The Senior Sales Representative will collaborate closely with all relevant Opus IVS teams, including the Collision and ADAS Solutions Sales team. 


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales of the Opus IVS collision software, specifically the BluePrint CoPilot platform solutions.
  • Generate new leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales KPIs and quota.
  • Prospect and close new business opportunities through cold calling, email, building relevant relationships, online webinars, etc. 
  • Work the full sales cycle from opening to closing the sale. 
  • Utilize a variety of inbound leads including web leads, call-ins, pre-set appointments and referrals. 
  • Build meaningful business relationships through a consultative selling approach. 
  • Generate, maintain, and expand the existing database of prospects. 
  • Collaborate with channel partners and other industry leaders to expand Opus IVS’s footprint & brand. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient working individually and within a team structure.
  • Goal driven, well organized with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude dealing with upset customers or in the face of rejection.
  • Able to successfully multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in presenting to small groups and performing online webinars. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven understanding of repair planning process in the collision industry.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in collision estimate writing and/ or repair planning.
  • Experience with CCC One and/or Mitchell Cloud Estimating.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in prospecting and selling software solutions to the collision industry.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Salesforce.  
  • Experience working with NetSuite. 
  • Familiarity with SLAs and managing metrics.
