Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN Nurse Supervisor to oversee personal care unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Position available: Part-time 7a-7p, 1 day a week and every other weekend.
Full-time 7a-7p, 1 day a week and every other weekend as well as 1 day on an 8 hour shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering personal care services to our residents
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in personal care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements
Qualifications
Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and be currently licensed by the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, Department of State; or
Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing currently licensed to practice in another state with a temporary permit to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and must obtain Commonwealth licensure within twelve (12) months of employment; or
Must be a graduate in good standing of a Commonwealth-approved school of practical nursing with a temporary permit to practice in the Commonwealth after passing the state board examination; and
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personal care facilities; and
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and completed high school or obtained the equivalent of a high school education; and
Must possess the ability to speak to and be understood by residents and staff, and demonstrate the ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions; and
Must possess an agreeable and helpful attitude toward senior adults.
