Your Responsibilities
As a Supplier Quality Engineer for JD Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, IA, you will support manufacturing operations working with suppliers to develop sustainable process controls to meet print requirements. This role involves resolving quality issues, collaborating with suppliers, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement. Additionally you will:
• Support daily build operations and enable production teams.
• Resolve and prevent customer experience/warranty issues by working with suppliers and product line teams.
• Lead and facilitate Design Reviews, DPARs, and FMEAs.
• Audit and approve Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions.
• Manage Non-Conformance Corrective Actions (NCCA) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
• Oversee Return Goods Authorization (RGA), Supplier Change Requests (SCR), and quality plans.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Management to ensure requirements are documented and implemented

What Skills You Need
• Experience with quality tools: FMEA, PPAP, DPAR, 3L5Y, or 8D analysis.
• Ability to lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Project management and problem-solving skills
What Makes You Standout
• 2+ years in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Strong knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, GD&T.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
