We are seeking a forward-thinking and change-embracing professional to lead strategic initiatives in transportation and third-party logistics (3PL) optimization. This role will transition traditional operational tasks into strategic decision-making opportunities, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration. Strategic Focus
- Lead Network Distribution Optimization and Invoice Validation initiatives to enhance supply chain agility and responsiveness.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline transportation and logistics workflows, reducing manual effort, eliminating redundancies, and enabling the team to focus on higher-value strategic initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate current practices and introduce solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Champion digitalization initiatives by driving automation and data-driven approaches across transportation and 3PL (third-party logistics) operations. Lead the adoption of new technologies, tools, and digital platforms to increase transparency, improve collaboration, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
Operational Excellence
- Apply in-depth knowledge of carrier and 3PL contracts and pricing to resolve rejected freight bills, ensuring accurate and timely invoice validation and processing.
- Optimize payment and NCM processes, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation.
Data & Reporting
- Leverage SAP and Microsoft Office to generate, analyze, and distribute monthly KPI metrics. Develop scalable and repeatable reporting frameworks that ensure consistency, data integrity, and actionable insights for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to translate complex datasets into clear, visually compelling insights. Monitor performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-informed strategic decision-making across multiple levels of the organization
Collaboration & Influence
- Cultivate relationships across Customer Care, Procurement, Site Logistics, and Quality to align on transportation and 3PL strategy.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic implementations that impact logistics and supply chain performance.
- Serve as a change agent, promoting a culture of adaptability, learning, and continuous improvement.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, with a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, PMP) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain strategy, with demonstrated success in leading process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with freight audit systems, and other logistics platforms.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and digital tools.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong data analysis capabilities with a focus on KPI development, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Experience in building dashboards and reports that drive strategic insights.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders across functions.
- Proven ability to lead change, challenge the status quo, and foster a culture of innovation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
