Pay-Range $65,000-$70,000 Salary
Living Legends Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Assistant Food Service Director to support our network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for residents while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Do:
Assist Regional Food Service Director in overseeing food service operations across multiple facilities
Support menu planning, dietary compliance, and resident satisfaction initiatives
Travel regularly to Living Legends facilities to provide training, support, and oversight
Collaborate with facility leadership and dietary teams to maintain consistency and excellence
Help manage budgets, purchasing, and vendor relationships
Mentor and develop Food Service Managers and staff to ensure success and growth

Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of food service management experience (healthcare/long-term care strongly preferred)
Knowledge of state and federal dietary regulations
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Willingness to travel regularly to facilities within the Living Legends network (Valid NYS Drivers license)
