Job Description Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with multiple segments within the organization to prioritize workload for loan servicing. This role requires a proactive individual who can implement strategic direction, integrate corporate strategy with business needs, and lead a team with autonomy. This position will manage the day-to-day operations of the Consumer Loan Servicing, Servicing Administration Support (SAS) team. The manager of this team will lead strategic initiatives to streamline servicing operations, ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. They will serve as a key liaison between business units and technology teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Summary:
The candidate will manage a team of 6-8 colleagues. This role involves managing complex workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and driving cross-functional collaboration to support high-impact projects. The candidate will be expected to proactively identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement while maintaining service quality and regulatory compliance. The candidate will utilize advanced technical tools and platforms - including ServiceNow, Azure, SQL, and SSIS - to support data-driven decision-making, automate routine tasks, and enhance system performance. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of technology integration will be essential to succeed in this role.
This role is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing a high-performing team within the Consumer Loan Servicing division. This position drives operational excellence by aligning team objectives with corporate goals, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in technology, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to lead initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans that align with corporate objectives and long-term vision.
Lead the implementation of new policies, procedures, and technologies to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
Collaborate with delivery team, and business units to execute prioritized work, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution.
Ensure infrastructure-related items are managed and resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Develop and oversee coding and procedural changes through established processes and software tools.
Monitor and ensure completion of Azure-related tasks and initiatives.
Provide leadership in the development and rollout of new systems, tools, and process enhancements.
Monitor, analyze, and report on team productivity and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Establish and maintain service standards and quality benchmarks for the team.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for the section.
Identify and resolve strategic, technical and compliance-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
The location for this role is 5555 Cleveland Ave Columbus, Ohio. It is a hybrid role.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
5 or more years of progressive experience in operations, technology, or financial services,
2 or more years in a manager or supervisory capacity
2 or more years of hands-on experience with the following technical platforms and tools:
ServiceNow: Proficient in workflow automation, incident management, and service request handling.
Microsoft Azure: Experience with cloud infrastructure, resource provisioning, and environment management.
Zena: Skilled in job scheduling, batch processing, and automation of operational tasks.
SQL: Strong ability to write queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
C#: Competent in application development, scripting, and debugging within enterprise environments.
Visual Studio: Familiar with integrated development environments for coding, testing, and deployment.
SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services): Knowledgeable in ETL processes, data transformation, and integration workflows.
