  • Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
  • Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator contributes significantly to the success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of customer service, support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. This role will assist with calendar scheduling, coordination of travel, office tours, background screenings and applicant conversions all culminating in support of a positive candidate experience.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and travel for candidates with interview teams. Ensure a successful flow of interviews with exceptional candidate experience.
  • Support the offer and on-boarding process; schedule and monitor pre-employment background checks and process new-hire documentation.
  • Support talent acquisition programs development and identify recommendations to continuously improve the recruitment process and the tools used for optimal performance.
  • Process invoices and reconcile recruitment related expenses; to include candidate travel expense reimbursements.
  • Respond to talent acquisition inquiries internally/externally. Provide guidance and train end users on Workday and Greenhouse.
  • Assist talent acquisition team with projects and system upgrades or implementations.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive employment landscape, market intelligence and innovative recruitment techniques to attract and compete in a competitive market.
  • Model company values as a brand ambassador and hold yourself and others accountable. Translate strategic objectives into actionable items that inspire others to behave and operate at their best.  
  • Additional responsibilities and ad hoc projects, as assigned

 

What you’ll bring

Experience & Expertise

  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including:
    • Interview scheduling
    • Candidate pipeline management
    • Report generation

Skills & Competencies

  • Accurate interview coordination and candidate communication
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Collaborative approach to working with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

Technical Proficiency

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom etc.

Mindset & Approach

  • Proactive and solutions oriented.
  • Passionate about process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with care

 

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $57,000.00-$67,000.00  per year. The full range is $57,000.00-$85,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
