Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Management Technology Deployment Project Manager to join our FM Information Systems Instruction & Client Integration Team.
This is a long-term temporary position that is benefits eligible and expected to last through January of 2027
In this role, you will provide project management to support our FM Transformation as we transition existing and deploy new business into Salesforce Field Service deployments
This is a Remote-with the preferred candidate able to work Eastern Standard time zone work hours
What You'll Do
- Following project plan process, utilize templates to populate plans for each account and site as needed to document specific details such as stakeholders, schedule of activities, owners, etc.
- Document and track key performance indicators of the project plan, account team engagement, and completion rates that roll up to the regional overall program plan
- Measure and report on predictable quality of deployment, key areas for follow up, and escalation processes to ensure project schedules and overall program plan timeline are on track
Ensure the project requirements are properly set up in the approved project format utilizing project
tools such as Smartsheet and MS Office tools
Schedule and carry out planned project meetings, capture notes and share out project progress
detail
Serve as project manager on 20+ deployment projects in various stages, starting new plans each
week
Organize account team and additional project resources and schedule milestones and stage gates
based on overall program plan
Provide regular progress reporting to stakeholders, carry out escalations where necessary, and follow up to ensure all milestones are met.
