Atlantic Health System is seeking an independent, dynamic and motivated individual to join the energetic and innovative team of healthcare professionals in their Atlantic Rehabilitation Division in Wayne, NJ as a Full Time Occupational Therapist who has experience in Neuro and Ortho diagnoses. We prefer that the candidate has their CHT, but it is not required. This position is housed within our multidisciplinary department and will work closely with our collaborative team.

Essential job functions required.

Provide occupational therapy evaluations w/ adult with varied orthopedic and neurological diagnosis.

  • Complete OT evaluations. Design and implement OT treatment plans. 
  • Communicate with entire patient care team
  • Perform all electronic documentation per discipline and departmental guidelines
  • Fabricate splints as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited OT program

Preferred experience:

  • Hands on experience working with neuro and ortho diagnosis. 
  • 2-4 years preferred experience working in an outpatient setting
  • CHT preferred and/or working towards a CHT certification in the near future.

Required License/Certifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of NJ
