Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) presso Finni Health

BehaveAbility, LLC is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA services in-home and school-based settings. This is an impactful role serving St. Louis County and St. Charles County, MO.

Location: St. Louis County and St. Charles County
Schedule: Monday through Friday, afternoon and evening availability required
Job Type: Part-time (20–30 hours per week) with potential to increase to full-time
Starting Pay: $65 per hour or commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in school settings, with the possibility of in-home or community-based sessions as needed

• Monitor client progress and modify intervention plans accordingly

• Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation

Qualifications:

• BCBA or BCaBA certification preferred

• Missouri Behavior Analyst Licensure required; provisional licensure will be considered

• Experience providing ABA therapy for children

• Strong communication, clinical, and collaboration skills

• Reliable transportation for travel to school sites
