Location: Fairhaven, MA | Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday
At Little People’s College, we’re more than a daycare—we’re a dedicated Early Education and Care and Out-of-School-Time program providing year-round, high-quality education and care for infants through school-age children.
Our School Age Programs offer enriching before-school, after-school, and public school vacation/ summer full day programming, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and experienced Site Coordinator to lead one of our programs with heart, passion and purpose.

$22-24 commensurate with education and experience.
Part-time or full-time position, depending on qualifications and desired schedule.
Program hours range from 6:30-8:30am before school, 1:45 - 5:30pm after school, and vary during full days hours of 6:30am - 5:30pm.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field, preferred
- Prior experience working with school-aged children (5-12 years), required
- Leadership and supervision experience - preferably in child care or education
- Meets or can meet EEC Site Coordinator qualifications
Qualifications to be an EEC site coordinator -
- At least 20 years old (as required by the state licensing agency)
- 18 months experience in management
One of the following -
- An education or related Bachelor's degree and at least one year experience working with children aged 5-12 years,
- An education or related Associate's degree and at least 18 months experience working with children aged 5-12 years, or
- A high school diploma and at least two years experience working with children ages 5-12 years in a licensed program.
