What You'll Do:

• Perform daily landscaping and groundskeeping tasks across an RV park in Los Banos, CA, including mowing, trimming, irrigation, and plant care.
• Walk property daily to remove trash and debris, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Maintain strong curb appeal standards, keeping common areas and outdoor spaces neat, safe, and resident-ready.
• Maintain and repair common areas such as laundry rooms, bathrooms, and offices, including carpentry, drywall, tape and texture, and painting.
• Assess and repair minor electrical and plumbing issues throughout the park.
• Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment, including pressure washers, drills, saws, and landscaping tools.

Requirements

 Requirements

• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experienced in landscaping maintenance, including irrigation, tree/shrub trimming, and plant care
• Valid Driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
