Job Description:
As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will help shape the way we care for, maintain, and improve our facilities and games in order to deliver an epic interactive experience to every single guest. This position will be primarily responsible for the creation of company-wide maintenance training and standards as well as tracking data that will help inform Game Design, Technology, and Support.
Hours & Schedule:
Expected Weekly Hours: 45 - 55
Travel Expectations: Mild (Less than 40%)
Expected Schedule:
Office: Monday - Friday
Emergency Travel: As needed, may include nights & weekends with extended hours
Oncall: Yes
Job Responsibilities:
General Maintenance
Identify and build routine maintenance plans/systems
Identify necessary tools and equipment for stores to stock (quantities as well)
Setup the Initial PM Agreements and Source a list of viable vendors for Stores/Support to rely on.
Training
Lead the creation and documentation of resources that assist with troubleshooting and challenge resolution for both the Product Care team and local stores.
Hold virtual and in-person training sessions for stores and the Store Support Team.
Create Documentation, Modules, and Guides.
Find and review external training materials to determine if it fits TEG needs.
Travel for as needed in-person coaching / training either with Store Management or Store Support Team Members.
This can include emergency travel alongside a Store Support Team Member working on a difficult problem.
Shadow Store Support Calls for guidance and skill development.
Work alongside Game Design, Game Technology, TEGB, and Store Support Teams to develop maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
Data Analysis
Audit Tickets for closure methods and trends.
Develop and track an internal store-level ticketing system
Identify systemic issues / trends and take initiative to solve them.
Review / Utilize Game Report Data
Create and track a company-wide component inventory system
Continuous system development and analysis as the need arises
Job Requirements:
2+ years leadership experience
Experience training others
Experience with Google Sheets / CSVs and using formulas
A love for escape rooms and interactive media
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Experience leading others in an informal structure
Proficient at spreadsheets & document creation

Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds individually

Basic Understanding of production and fabrication processes including CNC, Carpentry, Scenic, Paint, and Controls Technology
Understanding of architectural floor plans and general construction processes
