Technology & Marketing Director presso Newbury Living

Newbury Living is seeking a full-time Technology & Marketing Director to oversee company-wide technology systems and marketing efforts. This role is a unique blend of project management, IT, marketing, and real estate operations, with direct impact across the entire company. Reporting to the President, and working closely with the CEO and Controller, this position requires someone who is resourceful, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented.

What You'll Do:

• Technology Management-devices, networks, emails systems, vendor relationships
• Software Leadership-RealPage, AppFolio, Knock, Elise AI, Nextive and other related platforms.

• Marketing Strategy- websites, advertising, platforms, branding

• Business Operations- property transitions, compliance, reporting, other special projects
• Staff training and support

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT, marketing, or property management systems preferred, but not required
• Expertise with RealPage or AppFolio preferred, but not required
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to balance day-to-day troubleshooting with long-term strategy
• Bonus skills: graphic design (Canva) or social media management (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)

• College degree is welcome, but not required- we value experience and aptitude

Compensation & Work Environment:

• Salary range: $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience
• Flexibility for hybrid or remote work
