Job Summary
This position will require the Heavy Repair Technician Helper to be able to: work with the Lead Heavy Repair Technician to carry out necessary and specific warranty repairs and other repairs as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform labor-intensive duties repairing concrete, interior finish repairs
- Strip area and preform patches, based upon where repairs are required
- Utilize saws (electric and air powered), cement trowels drills, and other hand tools as needed
- Lift and carry various bags for pool repairs as required for repairing interior finish and pool decks, installing heaters, filters, motors and plumbing repairs.
- Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the use of cementitious products used for swimming pool repairs/interior finish repairs, deck repairs, equipment installation.
Required Experience/Qualifications
- 2- 5 plus years’ experience in pool deck repairs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills required.
- Team player with excellent organization skills.
- The ability to learn quickly as well as a self-starter who can work independently handling multiple tasks.
- Must have good driving record.

The work environment will be a high demand, fast paced atmosphere requiring mental reasoning abilities, internal customer service skills, interpersonal skills and high contact with people. Social skills and communication skills are a must in this environment. A cooperative spirit and nature are essential to success in this interactive role
Physical Requirements
The position requires the ability to be very mobile and flexible in the requirements of the role. The position could require long periods of sitting, some standing or walking. The ability to get around the corporate offices and will require high mobility and a person that is high in energy. There will be high production requirements that entail the production of documents, reports, supporting paperwork and preparation of financial data as assigned. The person filling this role must be physically fit, mentally alert and very productive a high percentage of their workday.
