Sales Support Administrator presso Power-Flo Technologies

Power-Flo Technologies New England is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our CT team. You will impact the company's operations and organization by providing exceptional customer service. As the Sales Support Administrator, you will help facilitate the sales of automation, sensing, and electric heating products.

Full-time. Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

On the Job Training Provided

Opportunities for Growth 

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• Generating proposals
• Entering and processing sales orders
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
• Answering customer questions regarding order status
• Processing returns
• Assisting with pricing administration

Qualifications:

• Inside sales/Customer service experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, must be strong with details and possess strong organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel 
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting, in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and reconciliation skills necessary
• Epicor Solar Eclipse knowledge a plus
• Valid and clean NYS driver's license

Physical Ability Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodations) 

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time
