Director of Respite & Recreation presso House of Possibilities (HOPe)

House of Possibilities (HOPe) seeks a dynamic and experienced Director of Respite and Recreation (DRR). Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the DRR is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and growth of both the overnight respite program and social/recreational programming. This role oversees services seven days per week, including adult overnight respite and community-based recreational activities for both adults and children. The DRR ensures high-quality, engaging programming aligned with member interests, DDS regulations, and organizational standards.The DRR will manage a team to ensure the programming meets the needs of the members HOPe serves.

We are looking for a candidate with a high level of energy, a passion for HOPe's mission, and a proven track record in leadership in human services. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of leadership experience in human services. In addition, a successful candidate must maintain CPR/First Aid certification and MAP certification. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
