o Oversee lab & field technical programs (biocide kill studies, scale testing trials).
o Manage engineering team / — scheduling, priorities, QA/QC.
o Drive product performance data, customer reporting, and troubleshooting.
o Interface with operations to ensure safe & efficient chemical applications.
