Slot Technician I presso Silver Slipper Casino

Responsible for preventative maintenance and minor repair of slot equipment/machines.

Essential Job Functions

• Excellent internal/external guest service;

• Preventive maintenance on all slot equipment/machines in accordance with departmental policies and procedures;

• Maintain proper documentation on department repair logs, shift logs, pm logs, M.E.A.L. cards, etc.;

• Maintain sign lighting and graphics;

• Ensure all slot machines are secure;

• Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities and marketing programs to our guest;

• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing;

• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
