Job Summary
Operates robotics system, perform all daily maintenance on electrostatic spray guns and related equipment, develop, implement, verify and document paint parameter settings for all applications, Perform Robot PMs, ( change spray guns, check motors, air fluid calibrations). Ability to work with volt meter, paint applicators test stand, oscilloscope, solder equipment and welder
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists.
• Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete
• Mark or tag identification on parts
• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances
• Help production workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, cleaning work areas and equipment, and cleaning of doors and frame components
• Clean and lubricate equipment
• Record information such as the number of products inspected, and dates and times of product production
• Other assigned tasks at direction of Supervision
Education and Experience Profile
• High school diploma or GED certificate and/or industrial experience.
Required Skills
• Mechanical ability.
• Reading various dimensional mythology instruments.
• Production & Processing: knowledge or raw materials, production processes, and quality control.
Required Skills
• Working conditions are normal for an office environment and non-climate controlled manufacturing facility.
• Safety toe boots/shoes are required.
