Title Coordinator presso Landtrust Title Services

The Title Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of closing figures and fundings for purchase and refinance real estate closings. The role is fully onsite Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Essential Duties

1) Responsible for entering closing figures and balancing files in ResWare Software.

2) Prepares miscellaneous documents required at closing.

3) Reviews mortgage payoff statements.

4) Acts as the liaison between attorneys and lenders prior to closing.

5) Signings in office

6) Assists the closing officer with various tasks.

• Knowledge of office equipment (computers, fax machines, printers, telephone systems and calculators)
• Knowledge of basic title exceptions and/or clearance requirements

Education and/or Experience:

• 1-2 years previous title company experience and/or bachelors’ degree or established business background required.
