Purchase Order Administrator 

Location: 200 Country Club Road, Meadowlands, PA 15347 (Meadowlands Division)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No Rotating Shifts!)

Salary position - 40 hour work week

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented customer focused Purchase Order Administrator to join our team. This mid-level position is perfect for candidates with previous Customer Service or Sales experience who enjoys working for a dynamic, manufacturing facility. You’ll play a key role in speaking with our customers, confirming and entering orders, and data entry. The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance to customers and accurately process orders for input into the ERP software.

What You’ll Do

• Confer with customers by phone or email to answer questions and provide assistance.
• Compare quotes from Inside Sales with Purchase Orders to guarantee accuracy.
• Ensure information is uploaded into the ERP software for each Purchase Order.
• Accept and process repeat orders to materialization.
• Read and respond to emails in a timely manner. 
• Maintain a clean and orderly work space.
• Organize and file paperwork.
• Assist Estimators upon request.

Requirements

• Required:
  • High school diploma/GED and relevant work experience.
  • General knowledge of customer service and order entry. 
  • Three (3) or more years of customer service experience.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focused attitude aptitude.
  • Ability to follow and communicate instructions. 
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute. 
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
